Here he is…finished at last π I’m not sure how I am going to ‘finish’ him yet but I’m leaning towards a stand up type ornament? I’m really not sure. Another idea was to frame him, stitch the mouse over one and make it into a little pillow to hang from the frame. *sigh* so many decisions….
Quaker Cat, stitched on 28 count Murano “Tea” in Needle Necessities 128.
He looks fabulous! I didn’t think I wanted to stitch this one but now I do π I think stitching the mouse over one would be a great idea too π
ohhh……that is cute! Although I have no idea how to finish him. I hope someone else is able to give you some ideas!
He is absolutely magnificent, Tannia. Congratulations! π
He’s gorgeous!! Well worth the wait to see him. I love the idea of stitching the mouse over one – it will be a wonderful companion to your Quaker Kitty.
He is darling Tannia! And I think the idea about the framing him and making the mouse a pillow…WHAT A CUTE idea!!! But a flatfold with with the mouse stitched up in a pillow and hung on it would be just darling also…good luck to figuring out the “finishing” part! You sure have done the stitching part beautifully!
Oh he came out fabulous! Congrats on your finish Tannia!
He’s too cute! I’m new to Workbasket designs and I’m really loving them the more I see. I can’t wait to see how you finish your kitty.
Very cute, Tannia! No ideas on how to finish him, sorry, but congrats on the finish.
What DO ‘quaker’ and ‘shaker’ and all that stuff mean???
Love the name of the fabric – Murano. It’s one of the Venetian islands!=)
He is gorgeous, Tannia. Who is the designer? I think he would have to be a stand up or framed ornament, he’s too cheeky to be put away.
