It’s been raining all night. The air is clean and fresh and about 20 degrees cooler.
Yesterday was the hottest March day since 1940-something (it got to 39 degrees C in parts of Melbourne) and the previous night the minimum temperature was an unbearable 26C!
It’s Autumn…I can’t wait to feel cold and damp!
We need the rain so much!
The MOTH and Liam are going out on the bay tomorrow. Liam’s dad is in town on his Naval vessel HMAS Melbourne and they will spend the day on the ship rubbing shoulders with local dignitaries. Liam is very excited.
On the stitching front, “Puss” now has four feet and half a tail and perhaps he will be finished tomorrow and you will be able to see him.
Rain is so welcome after such a hot day. I love a cool change!
